Do not buy Tam 100 series skylights. They have no efficiency. Heat Tested them to velux for same price and there is no comparision. Spoke to Darren (rep) and Greg (mgr) and hoped they would do the right thing but they claimed the skylights are perfect. I purchased a Smiling Woods Yurt kit in 2015 and it came with a Tam Industries central dome skylight. Not long after installing it, at our first rain, the dome leaked. SWY had me speak with a rep at Tam and he told me "our domes have never leaked, ever." He tried to blame it on how I installed the skylight.
