First time using Cascade Glass and was quite impressed. They provided two glass panes for custom window cut-outs, and more importantly -- frameless glass shower surrounds in two bathrooms. I got a glass shower door installed. They were great about communication and did a gorgeous install. However, when I checked, one of my tiles by a hinge was chipped about the size of a dime. I was not alerted of the chip and they had made no effort to fix it. I emailed them with a photo and asking for their plan for repair Sunday night. It’s been two business days and I have gotten no response.
