I had a great time chatting with the owner while I waited. I was on time for my appointment but the person “ahead” of me didn’t drop their car off on time so I was the one who had to wait. Horrible experience with Smart Glass. I paid $410 for a window replacement in July, and this is the work they did. I have called 10 times and they have promised to send someone to fix it, so I arrange my week to make time for them and they no show! Or they send someone who looks at it, says they will be back in two weeks and then they now show again. I do NOT recommend Smart Glass. Unprofessional and shoddy work…
