This is the second time I have ha NW Shower Door install a glass panel in a shower - the first was about 20+ years ago - they did a great job then so it was a no-brainer to call them when we decided to remodel the guest bath in the house. This time though the tile was glass - so a bit trickier. Thanks to CiCi, we had an appt in a 1-2 days to measure, a quote within 24 hours AND a nice new shower wall in a little ov…

Excellent from beginning to end!!! Max was spot on and offered precision and talent. Loved CiCi in the showroom…so patient and informative not to mention a sweetheart!! And the installers, Rodrick’s and Ken were perfectionists! Did I mention we absolutely love our shower doors. It was the capper to our remodel!

This was a seamless process. We called, NWSD worked with our schedule and around our pets and successfully installed a shower door in our bathroom. They explained the different types of glass and noticed nuances that I didn't originally see with the shower door layout. The shower door was delivered quickly and looks amazing! Extremely friendly and professional staff all around. Thank you! We will contact you again …

The employees we met at NW Shower Door were all so friendly and very helpful We would like to extend our thanks to CiCi, Anton, Tony, and Dave. We bought the wrong size (width) of seal for our shower door, and Dave Greer agreed to come to our house at no charge to replace that seal with the correct size. We really appreciate how this company's employees all bend over backwards to provide excellent customer service…

My company has been using Northwest Shower Doors for a couple years now. Always been nothing but good service AND pricing. In our most recent project CiCI stepped up NWSD's scheduling to accommodate my elderly customer.
