These folks are amazing! They show up on time and when they say they will. Get the work done that needs to get done and charge fair prices. This is the company to contact in El Paso for your air conditioning needs!

We had an awesome experience with High Performance Refrigeration. They are very reliable and kept us in the loop when ordering a circuit board for our unit. They showed up during the time frame they had promised and completed the tasks quickly. We will definitely be using them again and referring them to family and friends. Thank you guys!

I reached out to get my units serviced before the summer. I’m so glad I did. When they uncovered the unit, it was extremely dirty. They were able to get them cleaned and serviced. At the same time I had the ducts cleaned. I usually have problems with my nose when I wake up. It’s like allergies set in overnight. Since they serviced the system and cleaned the ducts, my family’s noses are in much better shape. Thank yo…

Very dissatisfied, disappointed and frustrating results. My mother needed a new hvac unit. We are past 30 days and her home smells like tire. I now need to pay someone else to come fix the problem. She has been smelling this for weeks! I would not want this to happen to anyone’s mom or abuelita. New units are not cheap. We paid good money and still dealing with this. Nice family owned business but terrible outcome.
