The Service Attendant was friendly and informative. He explained what he needed to do very well. I felt very comfortable expressing my concerns and he answered all my questions . He also informed me about the Annual Gold Maintenance Service Program and its benefits. We are happy with this service and are discussing possibly getting the Annual Plan. Thank you for a job well done!!

Wow! Is all I can say. These guys work safely, get the job done quick and correct. Josh and Nick inspected a mini split unit with a leak and serviced the unit. Fast, reliable and dependable

Very pleased with the service from Southwest Mechanical and their technician Daniel. They were timely, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what they were checking and what they found. I especially appreciate the value of their maintenance plan…great value, not just for the service it provides, but for the peace of mind knowing my system will be routinely checked and maintained. Grateful for the excelle…

My service window was between 9-11 am and Chris was already on his way 10 minutes after 9. He did the work he was scheduled to do and didn't try to upsell me on extras. Southwest Mechanical is straightforward, honest, and professional. Excellent communication and overall fantastic service!
