We needed someone right away, same day on a Saturday and they came out within two hours. Fixed up our very old AC with new materials from their shop and was blowing cool air before dinner. I searched for best / highest reviews, and immediate service in all of El Paso. Strauss was at the top and they did not disappoint! Highly recommend this company.

Great service, Cesar was able to get my a/c working in 30 minutes from when he showed up. He was professional and efficient. I will be using strauss again for my future A/C repairs!

Cesar and Juan are amazing. Professional, polite and kind. Their work Is meticulous and fast. They are very knowledgeable in diagnosing problems. Their prices are very reasonable. My daughter just bought a house and 6 months later it needed a whole new refrigerated unit and they got it installed in 4 hours. They have gained two life long customers, myself and my daughter. Thank you Strauss for being awesome.

Requested an estimate from Cesar; I had to reach out to him twice because he didn't respond the first day after sharing our availability, and then never heard from him again after he finally came by the house. He said he'd email me an estimate, but it's been almost a week with no communication.
