Bo Martinez was great. Probably the best experience I have had with an audiologist! Reception area has been great with a couple different women handling the front desk. Phone calls and follow up have been excellent

From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Bo Martinez was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He made me feel reassured and confident that everything was okay. I left my appointment feeling much better and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Montano was super super kind, helpful, patient, and helped us tremendously. It was one of the only places in El Paso that was able to see my child since she is a minor. The staff in the front was very welcoming. They answered ALL our questions and emails in a timely manner.

The place to go for all your hearing healthcare needs! Dr. Martinez and Dr. Montano are extremely professional and well educated. Their facility is well equipped for all ages. Their staff are friendly and helpful. Took my teenage daughter in for custom hearing protection and was impressed from start to finish.
