I thought I needed a new roof and called Smith and Ramirez. I remembered seeing their business named in a Habitat for Humanity project. Alex Ramirez responded and was at my house within two days. He gave me a thorough inspection with photos. His advice? Your roof is good - no need for his business. He even refused my offer to pay for his consult. I recommend Smith and Ramirez with highest score possible.

Smith & Ramirez is hands down the most professional, reliable, and detail-oriented roofing company in El Paso. They operate as true perfectionists. Special recognition goes to Alex Ramirez for his leadership and oversight through…

Alex Ramirez was very professional, detailed and knowledgeable about the process with the insurance company. When there were issues, Alex quickly responded with understanding and resolutions. Smith & Ramirez Roofing was incredibly professional and transparent. They clearly laid out the estimate and helped us navigate the insurance claim process. My new roof looks fantastic. Highly recommend!
