Called the company and they responded right away. Joseph came within 2 hours to assess the problem and gave us an estimate. The new water heater was installed the same day by Alex and Damian. They were very efficient and courteous.

I called to confirm if my smoke detectors expired, but there weren’t any relevant options. I decided to call the SCIENCE support department and when I connected with someone, they simply told me that I had reached the wrong department and hung up. This happened after I called another department and call was hung up before I even spoke to anyone.
