We had our refrigerated a/c converted back in 2009 and we have been a long standing customer of B&C. Not sure where or how but the customer service we experienced in the past few months has deteriorated. We put in a call to have our unit serviced last year in August and it took 6 visits and hundreds of dollars to get us back up and running. DO NOT call this company unless you want to pay an outrageous amount of money for nothing to get done. The tech couldn't even speak English so he couldn't answer any of my questions. When you call the office and ask a question, it's always I don't know or they never get back to you.
