Been living here for 1 year. I’ve had a great experience. The grounds are well-kept by Eddie and his team; I had one minor maintenance issue with a light and it was resolved. The office is responsive with Carlos leading the way as well! The neighbors are also friendly, and I don’t have any issues with any loud noise or disturbances. I highly recommend .

I have returned ro El Paso and LaEstancia following an absence of 3 years. What a difference 3 years can make.Literally everything is better - maintenance, grounds, eye appeal, orderliness, policy enforcement. You name it. For me,it began with the administrative staff under Gracy' s leadership. A.customer-focused team of professionals. I feel like an important customer. Thank you.

Tried renti…
