I wouldn’t wish my experience with Texas Express Plumbing on anyone. From the moment they showed up, I knew I’d made a huge mistake. The customer service was flat-out awful — dismissive, unprofessional, and rude. Once they got their payment, they disappeared faster than the water they were supposed to fix. Was nearly killed by one of their trucks cutting through the lane delineators from I-10 onto the Katy expressway illegally. This company should not be on the road.

Out walking my dog this morning and almost got hit by one of their vans as they were speeding through the neighborhood (Martha’s Vineyard in Alvin) and blew through a stop sign without even slowing down much. Would have got a picture of the van but they drove off too fast for me to pull out my camera and get a photo.

I am told its "water" pressure. They were suppose to fix another warranty issue and bailed and refused to come back once the guy has left. This …
