H-Town hit the mark on communication and service. I submitted an inquiry online for a gas line relocation and heard back from them very quickly. When I was ready to have the work done (my delay, not theirs), they dispatched the same morning. Sergey did the work well, quickly and cleanly. Nice guy, too. The price paid was fair for the service provided. I'll use them again.

Professional courteous always on time and lovely to work with. I will definitely hire this company again and Sergy to replace my other two toilets. Thank you, Claudia for the great conversation and scheduling my appointment today as well.

The plumber arrived on time and fixed the issue the same day. He replaced the improper connection with a proper tee fitting and stopped the leak inside the wall. The work looks solid and professional. Everything was explained clearly, and the price was fair for the amount of work done. I appreciate the quick response and same-day service. Would recommend.

Everything with them was incredible. Sergey was incredibly kind, and did the work quickly, and professionally. Great pricing- appropriate for the work, certainly! I will absolutely be hiring them again, and keeping them on my contact list for all plumbing needs in the future. They were fantastic for an emergency leak repair in a bathtub- in case you dear reader, have the same.
