Manuel arrived on time. He was very professional and thorough. He listened to what issues I was dealing with. And he immediately started checking various things which could have been the cause of my problems. He went beyond my expectations to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. I am truly impressed with Manuel and the customer service from Abacus.

Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed throughout the process. I really appreciated him coming out on a Sunday and making sure everything was taken care of properly. Great service …
