Our water heater was leaking and I notified my warranty company. They sent out DNB services to check the problem. Jim came out and did a thorough inspection of the old water heater and said it would have to be replaced. We agreed to some extra charges that would make the new hot water heater even better and safer. They scheduled a day and time for the new heater and they were on time and Bryan did an excellent job an…

We had DNB Home Services come out through our home warranty company for a leaking disposal, and Jimmy was the technician who helped us. He communicated clearly that he was running late from earlier appointments, which we really appreciated, and kept us updated along the way. Once he arrived, he was very friendly, thorough, and completed the repair quickly. He even noticed another issue that needed attention and fixed…

Noel came out to take a look at our AC drainage lines. He is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to diagnose and explain things to us.

I have a PVC pipe leak, was a very slow leak, but still can use water in the house. The tech came out, put a new pipe and glue. Told us to turn on the valve in 2 hours. We did, then the pipe ruptured, the whole house water had to turn off. I had to fight with DNB again to get a tech come backout the next day. I insisted the tech does not leave without checking his work. This will be my last service.
