I contacted Cool Camel through their online request on April 8th around 9 AM and received a response within an hour with same-day appointment options. I was able to get service the same day, which I really appreciated. Jason, the technician, was excellent, very polite, professional, and thorough. He took his time to inspect everything, explained what he was doing, and genuinely worked to find the source of the issue…

After reaching out, the husband/wife team responded with speed, ensuring that our house was prioritized and handled without any unnecessary delays, especially since we have dogs at home. Most importantly, their pricing is exceptionally fair and transparent, offering quality wo…

Can’t recommend Cool Camel enough. Jaden and his team are the kind of people you actually want working at your house—honest, dependable, knowledgeable, and they do what they say they’re going to do. In Las Vegas, having an AC company you can trust is huge. Cool Camel shows up, communicates well, explains what’s actually going on, and gets the job done right without trying to sell you a bunch of stuff you don’t need.…

Cool camel came through for us a few years back when we needed new units in our home. Since then they've always been immediate with the help and assistance when we've had questions or small issues that have come up. Jayden and Sadie are absolutely fantastic and it's nice to support a locally owned family business that cares about its customers. We can not recommend Cool Camel more highly, they're the best in the val…

After agreeing to the price, a crew of 3 arrived on schedule and on time with everything needed to complete the job. They put in a long day and didn’t leave until everything was thoroughly inspected and performance tested. Price w…
