We had an outstanding experience with Desert Valley Heating and Cooling LLC. From the very beginning, Sierra, the receptionist, was incredibly patient, friendly, and professional. She even remembered our name, which made us feel valued as customers. The entire process was smooth and efficient. We were approved the very same day, and by 6:30 the next morning, the installation crew was already at our home ready to rep…

He took the time to explain what the problem was and recommended the best solution without trying to sell me unnecessary services. The work was done perfectly, and my air conditioner is now working great again. He is friendly, re…

My elderly mother was home, stuck in the hot house and Kris the technician made sure to get there as quick as he could. Not only did he fix the problem in a timely manner, he was so k…
