I'm Taiwanese living in Henderson, and I just had a brand new HVAC system installed yesterday. BlackMountain was incredibly professional and meticulous throughout the entire process, from the initial quote to the installation. I have to give them five stars. I compared quotes and warranty services from four different companies, and Black Mountain is my top recommendation.

My home AC stopped working and I called Black Mountain Air after checking various repair places online. It was a hot day and I was happy that their technician arrived earlier than scheduled. We had our air conditioner quit working and was able to get an appointment with Black Mountain Air the same day. Yannick was the service man who repaired our system. He was very friendly and explained what was wrong and how it needed to be repaired. I was very happy with their service and would use them again.

They cleaned up inside and out, and went over the unit and new thermostat with me. The whole p…

Called Black Mountain Air, and they sent Yannick out to inspect the unit. He took the time to go over the different options and pricing with me, and I never felt pressured. Their quote was also better than the previous one I had received. They came out the very next day and replaced the unit. The air is back up and running, and everything went smoothly. Great service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be calling B…
