After having two other HVAC companies come out and essentially tell us that we needed to replace our system and spend thousands upon thousands of dollars, I was feeling extremely discouraged. Thankfully, Phap, the owner of the company, came out and gave us a completely different experience. Phap took the time to educate me about our system, showed me his work as he went along, and explained everything in a way that …

My husband and I would highly recommend Sooner Air for your HVAC needs! After getting several quotes from reputable, local HVAC companies, we selected Sooner Air because it was clear that Phap Nguyen was knowledgeable, trustworthy, provided transparent and competitive pricing, and most of all, he really cared about his customers. This became evident when Phap, Alex, Andrew, and the other members of Sooner Air came to…

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sooner Air for my air conditioning needs and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they proved to be truly outstanding—professional, reliable, and customer-focused in every way. What impressed me most was how on time they were. The team arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment, which is refreshing and shows real respect for their customers’ time.…

I just had a fantastic experience with Phap at Sooner air. First off, he answered the phone personally. This is always a good sign with any service person. You get to speak directly with the person who’s coming to fix your AC. You already know this is not some giant organization that’s modeled on constantly trying to upsell you on something. Phap arrived promptly the same day and was able to diagnose my issue( in…

I had Phap come out and fix my AC that was not working - middle of summer in LV not fun. He was able to come by same day I called and fixed it. Was very cool to have him explain what was wrong, show me the issue and explain his tools in the process. Given how HVAC companies can absolutely cheat you without skipping a beat, Phap and Sooner Air will be my goto HVAC company and anyone asking he's an instant referral.
