From the moment I was referred to A&R by American Home Shield, the customer service was phenomenal. They were willing to work with my schedule, and yet make it happen as soon as possible. Lowell has answered all my questions, helped me to understand the processes of using a home warranty program. He helped educate me about options from full replacement to what might be a parts list. He gave me pros and cons on ea…

My warranty company assigned A&R Complete Service to repair the AC on a rental property. I live out of state, so I'm always concerned about the communication. The technician Donnie was very nice he arrived early and completed the job, he called me to update me on what was going on, which I really appreciated, because most of the repair companys only update my tenants and I have to call them to see what's going on. He…

I was unfortunate enough to be assigned this company by Old Republic Home Warranty. They came to service my AC and failed to get it working the first visit. They came back yesterday and went up in the attic where one of the technicians almost fell through the ceiling causing major damage to my newly painted home. There was no apology offered for the damage, an arbitrary effort to clean up was made although I am left …

It was missing a component and the compressor was not bolted down. I tried reaching out to them multiple times over the course of 2 weeks and they were rud…

Don't waste your time doing anything with this company. I apparently didnt learn my lesson the FIRST time, but I did the second. In 2023, I used this company to install a brand new AC on the roof of my house. They AC technicians installed in wrong, with the end result being flooding in an area of my home. They did nothing to help with the water damage. On May 11, a young lady called to schedule a service for the A…
