Always efficient and superb service. I have lived in the valley for decades, and they have by far been the best!!!! Carmen has the best customer service and is always been a sweetheart and understanding of the issue. Tony was the gentleman who came out this last, he addressed the problem in a timely manner in processional and personable. They do not price gouge you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

ET&M installed 2 new system for us 18 months ago - No problems, great customer service, excellent job. This past Saturday, 11/25/23 at approximately 5 P.M. a minor concern arose with one of our systems. After I closed they had the AC installed a few days later. I was very happy about how quickly Tommy and Matt had this done and with no issues. The AC unit works great which is good because I hate old crappy AC units. Vegas is way too hot and a good AC unit is …

The first time did nothing and diagnose we need one new fill valve, the second time came for an hour to decide we need two fill valves, and charged me 1 hour 45 minutes, and the third time came back to install the humidifier Fill Valves (which they order after the 2nd time) for only 20 minutes of work, and then charge me thi…
