We are a complex of 87 units in Solana Beach and have had New Way Landscaping as our landscaping company for the last 5 years. Our Representative Sean does a walk-thru with us each month and is very attentive in correcting any landscaping or irrigation issues. He also comes up with the most amazing and beautiful landscaping ideas to add color and dimension to our grounds. His work crew (especially Nacho) are so good …

This company has little control of it's employees, they parked the crew truck with a trailer in front of a taco shop for 45 minutes (and ate breakfast), blocking 4 parking spaces in front of a taco shop. It was too much of an inconvenience for the employees to park 100 yards away, where there was plenty of space for the crew truck and company pickup truck to park. I would have been more than happy to move but was given no time to before he had a heaping pile of pine cones, pine needles, leaves, and whatever the hell else is on the ground in the area. I have called and left a very…

Went to Food 4 Less and what do I find when I come out? A New Way landscape (full of debris) parked DIAGONALLY (taking up 3-4 parking spaces), blocking a vehicle in a parking spot and making it difficult for me to maneuver out of my parking spot. After reading a few of the comments here, I observed that either the company knows about their employees screwing around on company time WITH use of company vehicle(s) or…
