He was able to quickly identify the problem areas and recommend a scope of repair which will be completed under a separate contract. Water spigot repair requiring root digout and replacement of PVC pipe, but not the actual spigot. Initial time estimate by the serviceman is 1.5 to 2 hours. After jumping on the phone with his boss, we got the usual La Jolla up-charge and suddenly this became a 4 hour job.
