Powers Plumbing completed a complex task (replacing a water heater, including pulling permits) as quickly and efficiently as possible. We were happy to work with Jason, who managed the project, and with Victor, who did most of the repairs.

Great technician: clean, thorough, smart, easy to work with, happy to give explanations and list options, courteous. Office staff efficiently made appointment. Weused Powers service 3 years ago for whole house drain cleanout and called them back again for this and their pricing is still reasonable.

Overall, it was a great experience. We were impressed with Victor‘s knowledge and professionalism. He answered all of our questions and updated us along the way. The Installation of our new hot water heater was perfect.

Lesson learned.
