Great local company in the Northeast Tacoma area. Had a new air handler/electric heater installed and I am glad I called Russ. He was efficient with his work, got me what I wanted, and most importantly, arrived when he said he would be there. I will recommend him in a heartbeat! Thanks Again Russ!

My furnace stopped working and I needed a quick response to keep our house warm. David was able to respond almost immediately. He quickly assessed and fixed the issue. The price was reasonable. He was very professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend Russ Heating and Cooling and would go back to them again if my furnace has an issue.

We hired David and his team in early June for an AC install, they were able to complete the install efficiently in one day. Their rate was also 25-30% below market compared to larger companies. After a few weeks of using the AC, we had a malfunction in the middle of the night. I messaged David around midnight and he came by the next day and fixed the issue immediately. Excellent customer service and great price. I had an issue with my heater over the weekend and I was able to call and schedule same day appointment. David arrived on time and was very respectful of my time. He was able to resolve the issue and get the heater working in no time.
