I've worked with Stanley who replaced our furnace and installed a heat pump. He is always responsive whenever I have an issue or question. If something can be resolved on a text, he will just do it; he doesn't try to sell a service visit. I am glad he is our HVAC tech and would highly recommend him!

Had complete replacement of air handler and heat pump. These dudes busted ass on a 95 degree day doing the install. Very good prices with out the pressure from a salesmen that most companies will send. Highly recommend.

Mark and Jeremy were prompt and very professional! Came in and help us get the cool air back working! Not only that but they checked the whole system and made sure nothing else was going to be a problem down the road! Answered all our questions and even helped program the auto thermostat so we can set and forget it! Thankyou so much for helping keep my 90 year old mom comfortable in the hot weather!

We rescheduled for the following Tuesday at noon. He was a no-show. I did not hear from the tech or the office at all. For some reason the tech arrived at my home unannounced at 8:30 am on Wednesday. I let him know I had n…

Customer service guy was very sarcastic and unprofessional about the situation stating this has happened to him "many" times and he doesn't call the company to get reimbursed so I shouldn't either and recommended I use my insuranc…
