Andrii did a fantastic job installing the dual zone mini split system. Great quality work and trouble-shooting skills. Would recommend to all!

Huge shoutout to Narol Heating and Cooling, and especially their tech, Andrey! Andrey is an absolute legend—he actually managed to wrestle a compressor warranty out of the manufacturer, which I’m pretty sure requires superpowers. Not only did he save my wallet, but he was also super flexible with both scheduling and payments when life got hectic. It’s rare to find a company that treats you like a human being instead …

NAROL Heating & Cooling showed up on time and ready to roll to analyze our non-working HVAC system. Once the problem was diagnosed, Andrew thoroughly explained what needed to be done and what the options were. Throughout the entire process there was clear communication and expectations. It was great working with Andrew!

Andri from Narol Heating and Cooling installed a 2.5 ton Trane Heat Pump and Furnace to replace an a 2.5 ton Goodman heat pump and furnace. He did an excellent job at a reasonable price. The unit is extremely quiet both indoors and outdoors in our garden.
