I haven't worked with PSX on civil construction projects, but I have on the financial side. What I've observed is clean work. They don't bid something and gouge or miss much on estimating. They run a tight ship that produces quality work and get things done. They don't take on more than they can handle at capacity and overpromise to get work. Really a gem of a business who you can count on and trust what they say.
