Juan is my go to contractor for projects big and small (mostly big). He is a master in finish work. He is reliable and won’t quit until the job is done. His pricing is competitive and frankly should be higher based on his quality of work and zero headaches. I highly recommend Itzzy for your future project needs.

He was happy to take the time to discuss my vision, share photos with me, and ultimately execute exactly what I pictured in my mind. We have another big project coming up that we'll certainly have them complete! After consulting with several other local cont…

We had Juan of Itzzy of NW Construction and Handyman Services do repairs on our back deck and he did an amazing job. He gave us a very fair quote and timeframe for the work to be done. The work he did was excellent, and he was right on schedule as he told us in the quote. I would recommend him to anyone who needs work done at their house or business.

Their cleanup was thorough, leaving the area spotless as if they had never been there. I high…
