Audio Plus installed a large security system (hard-wired) in our house over 20 years ago. We recently had renovations and several wires were mistakenly cut, contacts deleted. I called Audio Plus and scheduled a technician to inquire if the system could be repaired. I know Dylan Sabine through our home builder. He was assigned to give us a smart home consultation. He gave us a very good impression on the first visit. He is a very sharp young man, knows exactly what he is doing, gives clear instructions with easy-understanding terminology. He is extremely patient and friendly. There were some issues connecting our thermostat to SmartThings. He didn't just dismiss me like most oth…

I have been an Audio Plus customer for about 6 years. They are terrific and very responsive to all my requests. They have set up our security monitoring system, media, internet and other communication needs. They are very nice and a pleasure to work with.

These guys are a pleasure to work with! They are busy so have to be patient but you can rely on them. They built a home theater and re-wired our whole home AV closet.
