I picked up a ac unit to deliver for them,after pick up nobody would answer their phone...not the receiver and not them...the unit that I picked up was damaged by their costumer,and on the Bol it didn't stated that so at delivery people stated asking questions...and I'm being blamed for the damage...

This is by far the worst company I have dealt with to get parts in my entire career. I have been waiting 3 weeks for quotes and I have called multiple times and have given the model and serial number to the unit 3 times and the parts still are not on the way and I’m still waiting for a quote. They did finally give me some type of a quote after 3 weeks however it will do me no good because it is not for all the parts …
