I called this morning, they called back within a few minutes and scheduled us this afternoon! We are repeat customers and everyone from Coastal Breeze are top notch! Dalton Daly, plumber, is knowledgeable, thorough and personable and have helped us with multiple issues. I was a construction project manager and have referred this excellent company to many of my friends!

We have a very old system and wanted to get it thoroughly checked out to see how it is doing. Brian did a wonderful job explaining things to us and showing us everything about the system in the attic and the outside system. They came early, knew what they were talking about and their prices are not bad at all! 10/10.

Alex and Ben did a super job! Very knowledgeable and professional! Couldn’t have asked for anything more! Will continue to work with this company for sure! Very kind gentlemen! The plumber was also so great to work with. He definitely knew what to do.

Madison was very pleasant on the phone and got us An after hours service call set up for the next day. The technician fixed the issue quickly and we had ac back on for the first hot day of the summer. I also had them come out to install a dedicated gas line to my firepit. That technician was courteous and knowledgeable and made sure everything was set up to my liking before he left.

Chase and Alex (the owners) came out on the Friday before a holiday to repair some duct taping that had not been properly done during the installation of our new unit two weeks prior. They were not the original installers, but came out promptly to rectify the situation as soon as they were made aware. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable, which we appreciate.
