Dave is phenomenal! Super personable and incredibly outgoing. Honest assessment and honest pricing. This is the second time we’ve had the pleasure of him working on our house and he never disappoints - he had our water heater exchanged quickly and correctly compared to the past group we used. Had we known about Richardson Plumbing the first time, we wouldn’t have been in the mess we were in today. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience with David and Richardson Plumbing Co! Excellent craftmanship, great communication, and reasonable prices. Look no further! On short notice, between Christmas and New Year's Day, David replaced our failed water heater. He installed a new water heater and replaced a seized valve, restoring hot water to the home. David coordinated seamlessly with our tenants for installation timing. Noticing an ori…

Called and Mr Richardson came out to give me a estimate and it turned out not to be what I thought was the problem. He checked it out and quickly found the problem and instead of making another appointment he fixed it on the spot even after a long day working, I'll tell you 47 years a Master Plumber and knowlegeble He is local here in Chesapeake and cares about his community, truly 2nd to none. Don't waste your time …

Needed my water heater replaced. It was clear that he had a lot of experience. The install was fairly quick. He even helped me move my washer out of the way. Gave me some good tips for the future. The price was a little high, but it's a better water heater than the ones in stores. Plus I'm okay with paying for good service. If I have issues in the future, I'll be calling Richardson Plumbing again

He came out fast, identified the potential problem immediately, and you can't beat the price. He is friendly, cordial, and professional. I would highly recommend using Richardson Plumbing Co over a huge overpriced large plumbing business, where they drag their feet, misidentify issues to increase their payout, and overcharge you.
