Kim is the property manager for my son’s apartment @ Beach Villa’s in Virginia Beach.. The apartment is Perfect, the grounds are very well maintained & is An Outstanding Woman to rent from. The personal attention she gives to each tenant is unlike I have ever seen. She makes me feel more like a person rather than just a rent check.
