We have lived in our home for 26 years. It is a 1929 craftsman (everything is custom). During this time we have contracted with Brooks Electric twice for HVAC replacement. They have given us the best price and honored all agreements. I consider them my goto company for any HVAC issue.

Don't use this company Brooks Electric they will not stand behind their work. They want to charge you more money after not fixing the problem. I was charged for 1.5 hours and the 2 guys were at my house for 20 minutes. Use another company that operates with honor and integrity. Trust me, you'll save yourself a lot of unnecessary problems due to this company.
