My initial call was answered promptly by a friendly, female voice. They arrived exactly when scheduled and provided helpful text notifications throughout the process. Warm and friendly on the phone, worked with my schedule to get someone out as soon as possible. Kept me informed about who was coming and when to expect them. Simmon's was recommended to me by my coworker and I'm so glad that I took her advice. My call for assistance was returned first thing in the morning and they were able to work me in the same day! Thank you SO much for coming to my and my pet's rescue during our June heat. I'm so grateful for your kind serviceman and staff.

Simmons hands down is the best company. Our system was not blowing cold air on Columbus Day so we set up an appt for the next morning. They called us the same day and said there was a cancelation and could be out in 20 minutes. We were up and running in no time. The young man even brought us our packages from the front step. Above and beyond! Would never go with any other company.
