Duarte and sons saved the summer by installing a state of the art cooling and heating system when our old system broke down. Their customer service and attention to detail was the best I've experienced and I attribute it to them being a family business. They stayed long hours into the evening to make sure we had our system up and running to be able to battle the heatwave. They have fair prices and an amazing after s…

Amazing amazing amazing the professionalism and quality of their service is outstanding. I've used them now on two different properties after looking around and having problems with other installers they came and fixed the problems created by the other installer. They also install the whole new unit in a house and I just can't say enough about how pleased I am with every aspect. A family-owned company and you can …

Very upfront and very attentive service with great communication on the diagnosis of our family residence HVAC system. I do thank them for trying everything in their knowledge to TRY to get my AC running with them not being the ones that installed of the unit. Personable and they don’t know it yet but they have my house as a forever customer.

This is my 3d time to request service from Duartes. Always reliable and efficient. Efrain Jr arrived and inspected system in the attic and outside. Identified 2 tiny leaks and repaired. Cleaned the system. Explained what the system was doing and not doing correctly. Added refrigerant. Provided recommendations and future guidance for long term cooling. I will call DUARTES in the future. Thank you. Mark
