We had an excellent experience with this Sala A/C from start to finish. The technician arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They diagnosed the issue quickly, completed the repair efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.

Sala Air has continued to provide quality service for my AC for many years. I don't feel that I am being overcharged. They installed my Trane system years ago. Have replaced a few parts over the years and Sala shows up on time and makes a thorough inspection and tries to solve my problem before selling me on things I don't need. Would recommend .

Our upstairs A/C unit quit cooling and the upstairs temperature reached 91F. This was over Labor Day weekend. We called Sala, they sent a tech to our house and he determined that a capacitor was out. He had a new one in his truck and replaced the bad one. That solved the problem and we are comfortable again!

Sala was very busy so it took a couple of days to get to our issue, but the offered to recommend a competitor if we were in a hurry. It turned out to be a plumbing issue rather than an Ac issue. The gave their diagnosis, recommendation and a fair service charge.
