Very knowledgable staff and the customer service is top tier! James turned a very chaotic day into an easy and relaxing experience! Thank you for getting my car back on the road!! They didn't even break the bank!

Great service…Ordered online for customer pickup and the battery was ready when I arrived. Service rep ran a check on the condition of the new battery, left the core and was out in just a few minutes. Battery fit the application and we’re good to go. Thank you

Efficient and honest. I went in for a battery test and they told me it was still good. They proceeded to inform me they could not replace a battery in good conscience. Fast forward a few months and the battery tested poorly (it was 50% beyond the initial warranty) period, so it wasn’t a surprise. Friendly manager and knocked out the install right away.

Needed an extra key and fob. Arrived to order and prepay, took about 30 minutes to order, then waited a week for it to arrive. Went to get it cut/programmed upon arrival. Took about about an hour because more verifications that it was correct key and then had to wait for available machine as store only had one programming machine. So far the key seems to work. Not much savings over a dealership.

I'm afraid to even pass by this store. You can forget about all the nice talk and such. I'm $100+ out and the battery they installed in my phone exceeded the warranty by mere days then just "died hard". They haven't delivered for me. Don't believe the hype!
