Keep It Cool went above and beyond to get our store cool and event ready by providing stellar service and unmatched customer service. Mr Thomas and Mr James, I can’t thank you enough. My only regret is I can’t give y'all 10 x ⭐️’s. Thank you very much. I highly recommend Keep it Cool for all your a/c needs ❄️

My AC crept out Saturday night at 11:30 PM. I called James first thing on Sunday morning initially he said he was fully booked up. A few hours later, he called back saying he could squeeze me in in the afternoon. Thank God for him amazing service and got me fixed up very fast. Excellent work ethic would highly recommend. Thanks again James. I Really appreciate it.!

James Esparza came within an hour of our call late Friday evening. He helped troubleshoot our issues and had parts on hand that he replaced. We got to sleep comfortably with our A/C on. We can always count on him because he is quick to respond, he’s truly an expert at what he does, and he is trustworthy.

Its hot 🔥 in S.TX so when my AC stop cooling and fan stopped working, I needed a quick fix. Keep it Cool saved me and my family from the sweats. They were easy to contact, quick to schedule same day appointment and AC fixed same night. They explained and showed me the problems, also provided tips to maintain the unit inside and out.
