Raul and his team were so great!! They are friendly, patient, and seem to genuinely care about customer satisfaction! They also took the extra time to cover my clothes while they worked in my closet and even cleaned up after (without being asked to)!! As college students companies usually overlook us but with raul we felt seen and heard! can’t recommend them enough!!

They helped me install a mini split unit in my attic, and the whole experience was amazing. From the service to the price, everything was very good. Use them for all your AC needs.

Raul is so genuine and kind. He zoomed to my house after 6pm yesterday after I called him with concerns and a very hot house. He truly wants to help people out and is not trying to make them over pay. He and his son helped fix some electrical work today which solved the problem and saved me several $$$$. Going to be using them from now on for everything. Fast service, great people, fair prices! Thank you Raul and EGS…

I had a good experience with EGS Heating and Air. They were easy to schedule, arrived when expected, and explained the issue before starting the repair. The technician was professional and worked efficiently, and the pricing seemed reasonable. Overall, the service was smooth, and I'd consider using them again for future HVAC work.

After 2 times being dispatched to my house and having paid 900 dollars, the same issue reappeared. They also left a cheap looking A/C panel compared to my newer, nicer one I had before. The second time they came back they were about to charge me an additional 800 dollars for the problem, but after arguing with them I thankfully didn’t have to pay anything. Not satisfied however.
