I hired this company to insulate my house and repair the crushed ductwork that went to the master bedroom heat vent and they repaired that completely and really insulated my house and even cleaned up everything as well. They also arrived on time and Joey and the rest of the crew were really amazing and helpful and friendly. I also would love to give a shoutout to Jessica who arranged everything perfectly. From now on…

Brandon with AireServ was excellent! We had 15 people over for a family weekend and my parents ac went out! He responded super quickly and was able to get out within an hour on a Saturday which we were so grateful for. He diagnosed and fixed the problem so quickly and was professional and kind! My parents couldn’t have been happier with the service they received and said they are customers for life.

I had a great experience with Aire Serv of Lubbock. From the moment I called, their team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They were honest about the repairs needed and completed the work efficiently. It's hard to find a company that combines excellent customer service with quality workmans…

Extremely impressed by this company-especially Jessica in the office. I was recommended to them by another local company to clean our air ducts. Jessica was knowledgable and friendly, answering all my questions. Our technicians were friendly and professional, arriving on time and getting the job done. We will continue to use and recommend them!

They cleaned and did yearly maintenance for both of our systems as part of the sale of our house. They were extremely thorough (cleaning, taking pictures, and documenting everything for the buyers) and were extremely professional. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone (the price was also very reasonable and in line with most other companies, if not a bit cheaper).
