Ideal Aircare

I am so glad my friend recommended Ideal to me when my AC stopped working late in the day! My regular service company could not come out for two days, but Ideal came out the same day--actually, within an hour. Walter explained the problem and fixed it promptly, while also informing me about options down the road. I never felt pressured, either. I highly recommend Ideal and will be using them in the future.

Excellent work and amazing price. They were 75% less expensive and only one out of 3 companies to come out and figured out somehow my smart thermostat setting got set to heat pump which I swear was the first company I called on the emergency service who quoted me 5x what Ideal Aircare charged. I won't mention the other company. Just call Ideal Aircare 👍🥶

Highly recommend Ideal Aircare. We’ve had them out to our house twice. Arrived within hours of our calls. Fixed the first problem efficiently, and on the other visit, diagnosed that it was actually an electrical issue. They are extremely honest and not pushy. We will be switching over to them for our routine maintenance moving forward.

We had a great experience with ideal aircare. They were able to arrive at our house within 12 hours of calling them and identified the issue. Fransisco was our technician and he was very polite, timely, solved the problem quickly and chatted through additional maintenance we can do. Would recommend!

The other company sent out a different tech who informed me that my compressor was dead because it was run on low freon for an extended period of time; they recommended a $15k replacement. I called Ideal Aircare for a second opinion and they sent someone out ri…
