I had an excellent experience with Ray at Lakeway AC & Heating. I called Lakeway AC & Heating for a second opinion after another company diagnosed our compressor as failing and recommended a $2,000 replacement. Ray at Lakeway Air is exceptional! He knows his stuff, he likes what he does and it shows! He expertly diagnosed our issue and recommend appropriate repairs where others were trying to just sell us new units. Rest assured, when the time comes we will do the new units with Ray based on the trust he earned with us by doing the right thing and providing just what was neeeded. Kudos to Lakeway for making a great hire.

This company has been my go to for 2 years. They installed one system and did a great job. Today my second floor system was out. Not installed by Lakeway ac. I called at 730am on a Saturday. 8:00am call back from Geoffrey. 8:20 he's in my driveway. 9 30 we're up and running. Great service, pleasant people and reasonable price. I'll keep calling Lakeway AC and HEAT

Called in the morning for a service on 2 broken residential units and had a serviceman at my house within 2 hours. He worked hard diagnosing our problems, even in the rain it didn’t stop him. Of course the parts that were needed had to be ordered, but the guys were back the next day making our house cool again. Thank you so much for your hard work and timely efforts. Highly recommended.
