Very impressed with the customer support from the dispatcher, Liz! Great customer service is very rare. Liz helped us through a difficult, confusing, and urgent problem. She was polite, understanding, attentive, and responsive. Thank you! 🙏

Kelvin setup the fryer at our location today. He took the time to chat with me and explain all the bells and whistles.

Why I give 1 star ? Because there is no 0 star!!! What I want to mention to you is that the company charging fee no transparent. They deposit 200 dollars from me and said the finally fee depending on what problem on earth. I think they send an engineer and find the problem is reasonable, it should be within 200 dollars. At last, the engineer told me the refrigerator is good, I need not use a long plug , 5 minutes lat…

Called in on Thu asking for a repair same day or next at the latest. Was assured they could do it no later than next day. No call no show come 3pm next day so called back and was told Monday at the earliest. Very costly to have machine down over the weekend and had other service company that could have came if they were honest with their availability. They were "very sorry" though.

Fraud alert. STAY AWAY. The entire company is horrendous to work with. They installed two combo ovens improperly, charged my credit card without authorization (bank honored the charge back), service tech creeps around the restaurant eating your food and racking up hours never fixing the problem. The staff is belligerent and untrustworthy. Terrible all around.
