Willie and his team Juan and Lakes were awesome! Got us fixed up the same day we called. Even showed me some steps we could take to keep our AC unit running great and save a service call. No one else I know gets service as quickly. Thanks again Juan for the live tutorial video.

Fantastic response time and thorough check and repair of our system. The team did a great job getting the ac back up with explanation and close out. I appreciated how Juan walked me through the troubleshooting process and confirmation of the repair. Highly recommend.

Fantastic and efficient service! Discovered I had a problem at 3pm. Called at 3:30 and had my problem solved by 5pm! On a Friday too! Lakes & Juan came by and fixed the issue quickly and easily plus gave me some advice on how to prevent it from happening in the future. Now I've got their number saved in my phone for future emergencies. Highly Recommend!

Juan and Lakes were very knowledgeable and engaging. They clearly communicated the problem and how they planned to rectify the issue. When finished, they pointed out how they repaired the AC unit. We are very satisfied with the customer service of Juan and Lakes. They are excellent representatives of your company.
