I highly recommend Olen Hill with 1st Home and Commercial Services for any plumbing needs. Olen is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and his ability to diagnose the issue quickly and accurately really stood out to me. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was happening and made sure I understood the problem and the available options before moving forward. What impressed me just as much as his plumbing …

Olin did a fabulous job inspecting all of our Plumbing fixtures inside and out. Great communicator, he let us know his concerns and shared solutions. I would highly recommend him to any of my family or friends.

Great experience from start to finish! Olen was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. The pricing felt very fair and reasonable, and I never felt like I was being upsold or charged for anything unnecessary. I really appreciated the straightforward approach and would definitely recommend them.

The response time was quick and was able to schedule same day. Gave me a 3 hour window of when the tech was likely to arrive. Was there at the start of the timeframe! I was even running late getting home and he was so kind to wait a few minutes. Friendly, educational and quick with a fast repair to a plugged line. Would recommend!
