We want to give a massive shoutout to the fine folks at 512 Refrigeration Services for their tremendous support during BBQ Austin! Chase and Quinton provided us with a top-tier refrigeration truck that kept everything perfectly cold and ready to go. They were incredibly easy to work with and provided the reliability we needed to make the event a success. They are officially at the top of our list whenever we need r…

512 Refrigeration Services is top drawer. I cold-called them for service on my company's Beverage Air freezer and am so happy I did. From the person who answered my initial call to Sterling, the tech who took care of the freezers, to Erica, my new contact at 512, I received stellar friendly service in such a timely manner. I highly recommend 512 Refrigeration Services!

Office staff (dispatch) has great communication & follow-through. Quick response times & best-in-class service from start to finish! Great locally owned business that gives you that personal touch vs. being just another service call like the big company outfits.

I have worked with these guys for over 8 years. They are very responsive and get the job done the first time. Thank you for always being on top of your game! Erica especially is one of the best dispatcher in the game.

All I can say is go somewhere else. Unless you like wasting ALOT of money for terrible service... highly recommend using another company.
