Thank you Felix for the exceptional service you provided!! You answered on a Sunday morning and made it to our place to recharge 410A with in a couple hours! I was charged normal pricing, not Sunday / same day service pricing. I was amazed. They are the type of contractors you want to work at your home. I strongly encourage my South Austin neighbors to give them a look.

Felix was fantastic! On one of the hottest days of the summer, he answered my call at 8am, came out same day, and had the issue with A/C diagnosed and repaired within about an hour. He even went the extra mile to examine my outdoor unit and empowered me to make an informed decision on a preventative repair to keep me running smoothly. Can’t recommend him enough!

I’ve trusted Felix and Frostymist with my home for years, so when I needed a new HVAC system installed, I already knew I was in good hands. Even so, Felix was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions, and he never pressured me while I did my due diligence on collecting bids from other vendor. He was confident in his quote and it showed. The installation of our new Midea system was just as impressive as…
